- The Federal Election Commission (FEC) website houses information about campaign finance, national election results, voter turnout and other Election-related information.
- Committee on House Administration Committee in U.S. House of Representatives responsible for oversight of HAVA implementation.
- United States Election Assistance Commission (EAC) A national clearinghouse and resource for the comparison of information on various matters involving the administration of Federal Election.
- The Department of Justice Voting Rights Section (DOJ) oversees various aspects of the Election process, including the Help America Vote Act.
- National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL). A bipartisan organization that serves the legislators and staffs of the nation's 50 states, its commonwealths and territories. NCSL provides research, technical assistance and opportunities for policymakers to exchange ideas and is an advocate for the interests of state governments before Congress and federal agencies.
- National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS). Election information. Includes helpful list of election reform key terms.
- National Association of State Election Directors (NASED) -- an organization to promote communication and coordination among state election directors. The organization’s purpose is to serve as an exchange of best practices and ideas for the administration of Election.
- National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) HAVA legislation gives the Commerce Department’s National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) a key role a in helping to realize nationwide improvements in voting systems by January 2006. NIST’s Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) is coordinating the agency’s HAVA efforts through its expertise in areas such as computer security and usability.
- The Election Center. A nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting, preserving, and improving democracy. Its members are government employees whose profession is to serve in voter registration and Election administration.
- Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau. Compilation of government studies relating to Election, voting technology, and voting rights.
- Electoral College National Archives and Records Administration information about the Electoral College, Election, and voting.
