Cuyahoga Election Review Panel About the Election Review Panel Judge Ronald B. Adrine, Chair Judge Adrine is a life long resident of the Greater Cleveland area. He is a graduate of Fisk University and Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Before being elected as Judge of the Cleveland Municipal Court in 1981, Judge Adrine served as a criminal prosecutor with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's office. He has privately practiced law with his father, Russell T. Adrine and served as Senior Staff Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives Select Committee on Assassinations in Washington D.C. Professor Candice Hoke Professor Hoke is the Director of the Center for Election Integrity at Cleveland State University and an Associate Professor of Law. She was a Yale Law Journal editor, a judicial clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit (Boston) and a staff member of the North Carolina Governor's Office before becoming a law professor. At Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, she currently teaches Election Law, Regulatory Federalism, Federal Courts, and Employment Law. Professor Hoke and the Center for Election Integrity are dedicated to achieving accuracy, lawfulness, and transparency throughout the electoral administrative system. Director Thomas J. Hayes Thomas J. Hayes has an extensive background in business and administrative process in the public sector. He currently serves as Director of the Ohio Lottery Commission. Most recently Director Hayes was appointed by the Governor to serve as Team Leader of the Management Review Team that stabilized the Bureau of Worker Compensation's $15 billion investment fund. Thomas J. Hayes also served as Director of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections in the years 1993-95. |
