Internships - The Undergraduate Neighborhood Development Internship Program, established in 1988, places undergraduate students as interns in a community development corporation or neighborhood-based organization involved in community revitalization.
Neighborhood Leadership Cleveland - Neighborhood Leadership Cleveland (NLC) is a 12-week leadership development program run in partnership with Cleveland's Neighborhood Centers Association (NCA).
Research - CND staff combine quantitative and qualitative research on local programs related to affordable housing and homelessness, neighborhood planning, leadership training programs and other issues with thorough literature reviews and research on programs nationwide in order to share best practices and lessons learned with local funders, policy makers and practitioners.
