Civic Engagement Initiative provides training, research and technical assistance to organizations, institutions and communities in order to facilitate citizen participation in the public processes and decisions that affect their lives. Some of the processes offered to promote civic engagement include conflict transformation, appreciative inquiry, restorative justice, youth development, and community organizing. Services are tailored to a group's needs.
