NeighborhoodLink is a full content, community resource web portal that provides access to directory, statistical, and governmental information about Cleveland neighborhoods and indexes general information about the city in such areas as education, family services, housingand home maintenance, transportation, emergency help lines, government services, employment, health care, and the environment, as well as offering links to other community resources. The site can be accessed at http://www.nhlink.net. In an effort to reach residents who do not have home or work access to a computer, NeighborhoodLink is available at 170 computers at 70 community access sites (public libraries and city recreation centers) throughout the city.
