At the request of local and national foundations, local government, and numerous community based nonprofit organizations, CND staff provide research on neighborhood development issues that is accessible and relevant to the community. CND staff combine quantitative and qualitative research on local programs related to affordable housing and homelessness, neighborhood planning, leadership training programs and other issues with thorough literature reviews and research on programs nationwide in order to share best practices and lessons learned with local funders, policy makers and practitioners.
