Jill Taylor

Jill Taylor is a Program Manager in the Center for Economic Development. Her primary responsibilities are providing research and technical assistance on a wide range of economic development projects and initiatives. She previously held research positions at the University of Colorado, Case Western Reserve University, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She earned a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
