Jennifer Alexander has published numerous articles on administrative responsibility, nonprofit/public partnerships, and the political capacity of nonprofit organizations. She was awarded the 2001 Outstanding Article Award by Nonprofit & Voluntary Sector Quarterly. She teaches nonprofit management, leadership, and ethics. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy and an M.S. in Geography from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Foreign Services from Georgetown University.
