Tom Cozzens holds a master's degree in Public Administration from the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs, Cleveland State University and a bachelor's degree from John Carroll University. He is currently enrolled in the Ph.D. program at the Levin College. Tom has more than 30 years of practical experience in public administration, human resource management, labor relations, training, and consulting including service to the U.S. Treasury Department (1966-1980) and NASA Glenn Research Center (1980-1995). Tom joined the Urban Center staff at the Levin College in May 1995 as a project manager where he provides consulting, training, leadership development, technical assistance, and facilitation to government and nonprofit agencies. He is also an adjunct faculty member, teaching Introduction to Public Administration and Public Sector Human Resource Management. |
