Mr. McGoun is a Research Assistant with the Center for Public Management and the Great Lakes Environmental Finance Center, located within Cleveland State University’s Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs. He has worked on various projects that have examined a wide scope of topics, including capital expenditures for public infrastructure, best practices in public finance, and federal and state funding programs in various policy areas. He has also participated on numerous research projects examining program evaluation and assessment. With his social science research background, Michael has also worked as a freelance market research consultant, and has worked on projects for several market research firms and advertising agencies. He received a Master’s degree in Communications from Cleveland State University in 1991, after receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Political Science from Cleveland State in 1987.
