This collaboration consists of faculty at the University of Rijeka (Croatia) and other international partners, including the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University, the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia), and the Urban Institute (Zagreb, Croatia). The Urban Institute is a nonprofit training and technical assistance organization supported by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). This book was designed to become a reference guide for issues pertaining to public administration at the international level.
