Candi Clouse is a Research Associate in the Center for Economic Development at the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. In her current role, she supports the center with data management and analysis. Ms. Clouse is a Ph.D. candidate in Urban Studies with a focus on economic development.
Previously, Ms. Clouse worked for CB Richard Ellis, the world's largest commercial real estate firm in marketing and data analysis. Prior to that, Ms. Clouse worked in the nonprofit sector on projects from special event planning to government reporting and analysis.
Ms. Clouse has completed all of the coursework for her doctorate and is currently writing her dissertation. Ms. Clouse has a Master's of Science, Urban Studies Degree with a focus in economic development from Cleveland State University, and a Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology from Wittenberg University. She is also a licensed real estate agent. She is currently the President of the Board of Trustees for Cogswell Hall and serves as the Chair of the Executive Committee as well as a member of the Development Committee. She also sits on the Board Development Committee for the Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio.
