Nora Kancelbaum is the managing Editor of the journal Economic Development Quarterly edited by Ned Hill. In that capacity, she tracks the progress of manuscripts from submision to publication. Before becoming managing editor, Nora worked as the secretary for the Ph.D. Program in Urban Studies beginning in 1985. She recently retired from a teaching job in adult education with the Cleveland public schools.
