Dr. Klein received his Ph.D. in History from the University of Akron in 1983 and has served 25 years as an Assistant Professor for the College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University teaching planning and public administration related courses. Dr. Klein has served as Board President of Cleveland Restoration, Board President for Public Service Recognition Day, Federal Executive Board, and Program Coordinator for Tystart, Inc. He also co-authored A Guide to Cleveland Sacred Landmarks.
