Jennifer R. Madden is a Ph.D. candidate in Urban Studies at the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University specializing in Housing and Neighborhood Development. Jennifer holds a master's degree in Nonprofit Management from the Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations at Case Western Reserve University, as well as a bachelor's degree in Economics and American Studies from that institution.
Jennifer's primary responsibility is to provide training and technical assistance to community-based and faith-based nonprofit organizations. As of fall 1999, Jennifer is also the project director for a housing initiative that includes $17 million of new residential construction/rehabilitation and commercial revitalization in the Glenville neighborhood in the City of Cleveland.
