Olinda Paschal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and is administrative assistant to Dr. Edward W. (Ned) Hill, Dean and Professor; and Mr. Steven A. Minter, Executive Director of the Cleveland State University Foundation and Fellow in the Center for Nonprofit Policy and Practice at the Levin College of Urban Affairs.

She provides multi-faceted administrative support for a range of higher education, research, administrative, civic, and community-related activities of Dean Hill and Mr. Minter.
