A graduate of The Ohio State University (BA) and Cleveland State University (MPA) Rob has been with the Center for Leadership Development for the past six years in various roles including Graduate Assistant, Research Specialist and most recently as Center Manager. In his current role, Rob manages a portfolio of public sector professional development programs. In addition, he assists Zoë Tyler in designing curriculum, marketing, and recruiting for new customized training programs throughout Northeast, Ohio.

Prior to joining Leadership, Rob worked for over 10 years in the private sector in customer service and sales. He draws from his experience in the private sector along with his passion for public administration to help fulfill the Center’s mission, “To help public sector leaders do their jobs better.”
