In a 2004-05 survey of executive directors, the Annie E. Casey Foundation found that 66 percent of Northeast Ohio nonprofits are likely to experience an executive transition within five years. This presents both a challenge and an opportunity for local nonprofits as they think about ways to plan for a smooth transition. Please join us for the second forum in a series looking at the issues of succession planning, executive transitions and available local resources on these issues.
