Group Discounts

• Discounts are available for 2 or more attendees from the same organization (attending the same workshop). The discounted rate is $500 per attendee.
• Attendees using this discount must fill out an additional continuing education registration form. (You will be reminded of this in an email confirming your registration.)

Discounts for Currently Enrolled CSU Students

• The discounted rate is $250 for currently enrolled CSU students.
  • In addtition to the registration page, CSU students must fill out a continuing education registration form. (You will be reminded of this in an email confirming your registration.)
  • STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE THE CSU DISCOUNT SECTION OF THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM TO QUALIFY FOR THE DISCOUNTED RATE.
  • Students are encouraged to take the Intro to ArcGIS course offered for credit by Levin College. This workshop does not substitute for the material in the course.

Discounts for CSU Faculty and Staff

• The discounted rate is $391 for fulltime faculty and staff.
  • In addtition to the registration page, CSU faculy and staff must fill out a continuing education registration form and a staff development form to complete registration using staff development funds. (You will be reminded of this in an email confirming your registration.)
  • ALL CSU FACULTY AND STAFF MUST COMPLETE THE CSU DISCOUNT SECTION OF THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM TO QUALIFY FOR THE DISCOUNTED RATE.

URISA Member and CSU Alumni Discounts

• Discounts are available for both current URISA members and CSU alums. The discounted rate is $500 per attendee.
• Attendees using this discount must fill out an additional continuing education registration form. (You will be reminded of this in an email confirming your registration.)
  

Notes about Discounts:

• The CSU Faculty/Staff discounted rate includes the cost of the supplemental textbook & a 6 month free trial of the ArcGIS software.
• All other discounted rates do not include the cost of the supplemental textbook & a 6 month free trial of the ArcGIS software. (This can be purchased for an additional $90 by clicking the supplemental textbook/free ArcGIS software trial checkbox in the discount section of the registriation form.)
• Registration priority is assigned to workshop attendees in the following order: (1) attendees paying the full cost of the workshop, (2) attendees with group, URISA, or CSU Alumni discounts, (3) Current Levin College faculty, staff and students paying the discounted cost of the workshop, (4) other CSU faculty, staff and students paying the discounted cost of the workshop. Within these groups, priority is further determined by date of registration. In the unlikely (but possible) event that the workshop reaches full capacity, those registered at a lower priority may be bumped from the current workshop. In this instance, the workshop fee will be refunded.
• Registration costs are subject to change and should be verified at the time the attendee registers for the class.
