About the Authors

Michael Tevesz

Michael Tevesz hold a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees from Yale University. He is Special Assistant to the President as well as a professor in the Department of Biological, Geological, and Environmental Sciences at Cleveland State University. He also holds joint appointments in CSU’s Department of Chemistry and the Levin College of Urban Affairs, as well as an adjunct professorship in the Department of Geological Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. He is a founding member of CSU’s College of Arts and Sciences Sacred Landmarks Research Group and the Levin College Urban Center’s Sacred Landmarks Initiative.
