Rachel Singer is the Undergraduate Advisor in the Levin College of Urban Affairs. Prior to joining Cleveland State, Rachel worked with LearnChicago! programs and placement of interns at the Chicago Center for Urban Life and Culture. She received a B.A. in Sociology from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, and an M.P.A. and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Levin College. She has been part of the Office of Student Services since 2005.
