UST 190
ASSIGNMENT #6 (20 Points)
Due: Friday, December 07, 2012
PUTTING TOGETHER A DRAFT PORTFOLIO

The draft portfolio is the compilation of your work for this course. This draft should include each of the five assignments (with the suggested revisions made from the grading feedback). Be sure to include both the originally-graded version AND the revised version in your bound submission. Unlike the other assignments, the draft portfolio cannot be transmitted electronically. It should be submitted to Room 210 of the Urban Affairs Building for grading. The submission of this draft portfolio will provide you with what will be some of the final feedback necessary for you to independently finish work on an organized, final portfolio for Urban Affairs faculty review.

A cover page should be included with your name, address, day and evening telephone numbers, e-mail address, concentration area and the number of credits you are requesting through the portfolio assessment process.

Using dividers, please label your final portfolio and present your portfolio sections in the following order:

1. A cover page with name, address, day/evening phone numbers, e-mail address, concentration area, and total number of credits sought

2. Table of contents

3. The autobiographical resume

4. The competency statement

5. The narrative section

6. Reference page

7. Education plan/goals statement

8. Documentation

Remember that your final product should be neat, error-free and correct in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Please refer to your handbook: 1X A.
