- IF YOU ARE WORKING FROM THE COMPUTER LAB IN THE URBAN AFFAIRS BUILDING, a lab
monitor will be available to assist you with any technical difficulties.
- IF YOU ARE WORKING FROM HOME (DURING BUSINESS HOURS) and
encounter trouble accessing files, call the UST 190 teaching assistant, Melanie Hmada, at 216/687-4506.
IF YOU ARE WORKING FROM HOME (AFTER BUSINESS HOURS) and experience trouble accessing course files, Cleveland
State University's help desk may be of some assistance at 216/687-5050. You'll need to explain
that you are enrolled in an Urban Studies Internet course for this semester
and ran into some problems.
