The West 3rd Street Peninsula in Cleveland's Flats

During the spring semester of Cleveland State University's 2002 academic calendar, the Master of Urban Planning, Design and Development Capstone class studied the West 3rd Street Peninsula. In a joint project with the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission, the class created a plan for this almost-forgotten corner of the Flats.
