HOMEWORK/PAPERSCHEDULE
(any changes will be announced in class)
Think of a real situation most like a 2-party, one-time, fixed-sum game. (It can be a story from your experience, or a current event.) Describe it briefly. Then analyze it in terms of:
What goals the players might have
What strategies the players might use to get the best outcome for themselves
How reality deviates from the model presented in class
Think of a real situation you have experienced, in which someone played an informal third party role. Briefly describe the situation and the role played by the third party. Analyze concisely the effect the third party had on the situation, speculating on the outcome that would have prevailed otherwise.
