Levin College of Urban Affairs Ranked 2nd in the Nation in Urban Policy

Levin Ranked Among the Nation's Best Public Affairs Schools by US News & World Report 

The Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University has again been named as one of the best in the nation in US News & World Report’s 2022 Best Public Affairs Graduate Schools rankings. 

The College is ranked 2nd in the US in the specialty of Urban Policy, up from 3rd in the previous year, and maintains strong standings in the specialties of Local Government Management and Nonprofit Management. Levin is also newly recognized in an area of specialization this year: Public Management and Leadership. 

"We are extremely honored to once again be recognized as one of the best public affairs colleges in the nation. This distinction further illustrates the significant efforts of our faculty and staff to create a valuable engaged learning experience for our students,” said Dr. Roland V. Anglin, Dean and Professor at the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs. “The College has a rich history in public service, addressing key challenges facing our region and our nation, and conducting applied research that improves public policies and expands opportunities for underserved people and communities.”

Levin faculty and staff are distinguished scholars and professionals who combine practical experience with research and theory, while helping to advance cities through sustainable and equitable economic and social development.
