Data Chart

The Northern Ohio Data and Information Service (NODIS) is part of the Levin College of Public Affairs and Education at Cleveland State University. NODIS is a depository for U.S. Census information and other public data for Ohio and northern Ohio. NODIS makes data available to the university community, public administrators, civic organizations and the general public. NODIS is also a leader in the use of geographic information systems (GIS), providing data analysis, mapping, and technical assistance and training.

The NODIS print library includes census data books dating from 1950. The majority of print and electronic data, maps and reports are based on geographies in the Cleveland-Elyria-Mentor and Akron metropolitan areas. The information contained on this website originates from a number of sources, including the Bureau of the Census, the Ohio Department of Development and other state and local agencies. Data on real property transfers (sales) in Cuyahoga County, organized by city, Cleveland wards and neighborhoods, and special districts are also featured.
